Batsford Estate owns, lets and manages over 50 residential properties in Batsford and the surrounding villages.

We have a wide variety of properties ranging from a one-bed apartment to a six-bed farmhouse with land and outbuildings.

Our housing policy is to let the properties as a primary residence to those who live and work locally and those looking to move to the area. Our properties are not let on a first come, first serve basis, but more on which prospective tenant is best suited to the property and life on the Estate.

All our properties are let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for an initial term of 12 months. The properties are all
unfurnished, with no white goods. Pets are considered on an individual basis.

We carry out the usual referencing on all prospective tenants and would require the equivalent of 5 weeks rent as the deposit, which is held in a government scheme.

Viewings are strictly by appointment only.

When the opportunity presents itself, Batsford refurbish their properties to a high standard and our in-house maintenance team ensure that any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
